The role title and the specific room or team the position sits within. The qualification required. Your approximate hours requirement and whether you need permanent or casual. Your salary range including how the Worker Retention Payment applies. Your preferred start date and timeline urgency.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE FIRST 48 HOURS

After our briefing call, Vhire will: confirm the agreed role brief in writing, issue the onboarding documentation and invoice for the $299 engagement fee, activate sourcing across our national channels within 24 hours of confirmation, and begin screening applicants immediately.

You can expect your first shortlist update within 5–10 business days of the briefing call, depending on the role and region.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE FULL PROCESS

Week 1: Briefing call, role confirmation, sourcing activation. Week 2-3: Active screening, AI video interviews, 7-point checklist completion. Week 2-3: Shortlist presentation — three to five pre-qualified candidates with written recommendation. Week 3-4: Your interviews and decision.
